In line with extensive educational activities, AUT provides a challenging and fast-paced climate for state-of-the-art research. Diversified range of faculty specialties allows us to provide technical consultation for industries, testing, and development of technology standards. There are 28 research centers, 16 centers of excellence and 250 research/educational labs that host respective BS, MS, and PhD students. Research labs essentially serve as the backbone of centers of excellence for developing new ideas and prototyping them with either simulations, experiments or both. These centers create a ground for different faculty members to collaborate across an international or national level. It is worth noting that in addition to research centers, AUT benefits from the cooperation of 18 incubation and entrepreneurship companies.
